What is the challenge?
Corruption undermines business, weakens trust, and increases risk, yet many companies still struggle to move from awareness to action.
The Action Challenge focuses on completing the Doing Business with Integrity course between 1 November – 30 November 2025. This foundational e-learning course, developed in collaboration by the UN Global Compact and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), equips learners with practical tools to navigate integrity dilemmas and promote ethical conduct. It's a must for any company committed to ethical leadership and long-term resilience.
Participate for a chance at recognition:
Company Recognition:
Two companies — one Large Company and one Small & Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) — will each be featured in a UN Global Compact Case Study on the Academy site, based on the highest number of employees completing the course.
Country Recognition:
Support your country in a global competition! The top three UN Global Compact Country Networks with the highest company participation will be recognized on Global Compact channels.

What is the course about?
The Doing Business with Integrity course uses dilemma-based modules and real-world scenarios to help employees identify corruption and make ethical decisions in complex situations.

The Business Integrity Action Challenge offers a structured path to help you build a solid foundation in anti-corruption practices. Begin the Challenge - Start the Course!
- The challenge launches on 1 November - you'll have the whole month to complete the 3 hour course
- If you did not register for the kick-off session, you can enroll and start the course as soon as the Challenge opens.
