HRDD Resource Hub
The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights are the global authoritative standard, providing a blueprint for States and companies to prevent, address and remedy human rights abuses caused by business activity. Explore this resource hub for support on implementing Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD).

Why the UN Guiding Principles
Matter Now More Than Ever
Since 2011, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) have offered authoritative guidance for companies to embed respect for human rights into their operations and to remediate harm when it occurs. Through continuous implementation of human rights due diligence (HRDD) as outlined in the UNGPs, companies are better positioned to manage risks to people, position themselves as responsible partners and build durable stakeholder trust. This is the key to business resiliency and creating shared value for people, the planet and economies.
For over 15 years, the UNGPs have been referenced and adopted by legislators, regulators, investors and every partner across your value chain.
